Brick Patio
It took over a day to get back to this point which is ... the beginning again. Just like life... :-)
Smooth. lookin' good.
Well... after 3+ weeks of steady rain... most of my original work was ruined as it washed away most of the substrate sand base and made a mess of everything. So, here is a look at the rework. Nice-n-straight with a new solid base
Ahhh.... now I see how this thing works... yeah, thanks Dame!! Uh oh... now where did that wheelbarrow go? I lost the wheelbarrow... Damon is not going to be happy about this! Is it 3 o'clock yet?!! (Eric works only from 10am-3pm). :-)
Setting up the Batter boards and lines for a good job. Ya know how Italian's are... we just have to setup a Mason's layout!
Put the dirt IN the wheelbarrow Eric!! It's not going to fill itself! :-)
Digging the test trench to determine how much Earth to remove to find our base
Now Dat's a lotta bricks! Good luck Dame... I gotta go.
Patchy area crying out for beautification

This creation will help resolve a water-soaked area in the backyard, while adding character, neatness and a great place to plant an Herb garden.
